Red (2010) is an adaptation, and an action/adventure movie directed by Robert Schwentke and slated to be released on October 15, 2010 in theaters worldwide. The film stars, ruce Willis, Morgan Freeman, John Malkovich, Mary-Louise Parker, Helen Mirren, Karl Urban, Brian Cox, Richard Dreyfuss, James Remar, Julian McMahon, and Ernest Borgnine. It is produced by Jake Myers, Gregory Noveck, Lorenzo Di Bonaventura, Mark Vahradian, and David Ready. Red (2010) is based on the comic book limited series of the same name created by Warren Ellis and Cully Hamner, and published by the DC Comics imprint Homage.
